Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 30 days are processed the next business day. During launches, sales or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery windows

• United States: 5–9 business days after processing.
• Canada: 7–14 business days after processing.
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs checks and incorrect addresses can extend transit times.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. Expedited shipping, where available, is calculated at checkout.

Fulfilment partners

Our products are shipped by third-party fulfilment partners, which may be located outside your country. Items in a multi-item order may arrive separately at no extra cost.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

Wrong address, lost or damaged parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout — we can only change it before dispatch. If your parcel is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact hellolumecur@outlook.com within 7 days with your order number and photos and we'll help resolve it.
